This project was done in two phases. The first phase involved a major overhaul of the existing house including recladding the entire house in cedar planking as well as removing the solid facade that faced the ocean and installing a glazed facade in place.
The second phase involved a small 400 sq. foot addition on top of the existing garage which cantilevered slightly over the garage doors.

This was a 6000 square foot renovation of an existing ranch style home in Westchester which has unobstructed views of the hudson. Due to the client's need for hosting dinner parties and such, a 1200 square foot kitchen was created by combining the existing kitchen and the dining room, there by including the kitchen as part of the dining experience. The existing library and the existing living room were also combined to create continuous flow through out the living /entertaining areas. In addition, the living room ceiling was also raised to the underside of the existing slope of the roof to create additional height.
